Michelle Ray
Meet the friendly staff at Monroe Road Animal Hospital!
Michelle Ray, our Hospital Administrator joined the staff in 1992. She began her career in animal care and quickly moved to the technical arena. In 2004, she was promoted to the hospital administrator and is responsible for overseeing the financial, marketing, purchasing and day-to-day operations of the facility.
Michelle has been a licensed wildlife rehabilitator since 1993 and has shared her home in the country with scores of wild animals in various stages of rehabilitation over the years, waiting for release back into their natural habitat. She has recently retired from actual hands on wildlife rehab and currently only does wildlife education programs. Michelle also works part-time as an animal handler for High Country Films.
